Following a landmark Dubai court case where an adviser was convicted of operating without a licence, there are indications that regulators in the UAE are about to step up their enforcement efforts.

I know that there are still firms operating in the region that are not properly licensed. I really hope that the regulators crack down on this practice as its not fair on clients who are left exposed by these guys.
