uhy expands in americas and asia

Global accountancy network UHY, which last month appointed a new chairman, has expanded its presence in both the Americas and Asia with two new members.

Global accountancy network UHY, which last month appointed a new chairman, has expanded its presence in both the Americas and Asia with two new members.

JSB & Associates in The Bahamas, which provides book keeping, forensic accounting, insolvency and corporate recovery and business advisory services to clients including law firms, government corporations, public companies, medical practices and charitable organisations.

Meanwhile, Uzbekistan-based Audit Global Ma’lumot LLC has also joined the global accountancy network. Established in 2004, the company is based in the capital city of Tashkent, with four regional branches, and provides audit services to clients including those in sectors such as light and heavy industry, oil and gas, financial institutions, agriculture, logistics And the tax authorities of Uzbekistan.

At the end of October, UHY appointed a new chairman, Ladislav Hornan, who said the network should consider new strategies for growth, including, but not limited to, the natural expansion of member firms in their local markets.
