The programme offers a geographic breakdown of the 3952 incidents handled by British embassies, high commissions and consulates on 27 June, 2011.
Malaga in Spain handled by far the most enquiries, with almost 400 calls. Other hot-spots included Abu Dhabi, Athens, Cairo and Hong Kong. According to an accompanying video, incidents during the period ranged from seven arrest cases involving alcohol and financial problems in Dubai, to an enquiry from a man in Greece on licences for keeping chickens.
