Law firm Edwin Coe maps out the upcoming changes to the taxation of high net worth individuals in the UK, as announced in the last two Budgets.
-Early closure of Liechtenstein Disclosure Facility and Crown Dependencies Disclosure Facilities
-These will be replaced by a tougher new disclosure facility with minimum 30% penalties and no immunity from criminal prosecution
