Tacchino specialises in looking after the financial requirements of international families with complex arrangements in various jurisdictions, devising and coordinating investment solutions for families with global business and family-life requirements.
The wealth manager, which has £9bn ($11.9bn €10.1bn) asset under management, said the appointment was in response to client demand.
New Role
In her new role, Tacchino will build an international team and strengthen cooperation with LGT international offices.
She spent the previous five years at Kleinwort Benson setting up and developing the international team looking after UK resident non-domiciled and international clients.
Prior to Kleinwort Benson, Tacchino spent seven years at the London office of Clariden Leu, where she was head of the UK resident non-domiciled team.
The international client specialist joined Clariden Leu from Schroders Private Banking where she spent 11 years, becoming a director of the international team in 2003.
