New tax year tips for expats leaving the UK

The UK tax year has only just started but it is never too early to get into good habits, according to accountants Blick Rothenberg – especially if you are leaving the UK.
Report any UK sourced income (eg UK rental income, UK bank interest etc.) that arises when you are non-UK resident.
UK sourced income will still be subject to UK tax when you are overseas and you will need to report this by filing a UK tax return.
