Lombard International unveils platform for IFAs

Lombard International Assurance has launched a new platform called Connect.

Lombard International Assurance has launched a new platform called Connect.

Connect is a purpose-built digital servicing platform that provides online and secure access to client data and transaction information, said the life insurance company, which provides wealth solutions for high net-worth individuals.

The platform has been designed in collaboration with Lombard’s partners, including private banks and professional advisers, to help them service their clients, said the Luxembourg-headquartered insurer.

Features of the Connect platform include a real-time dashboard to access policy details and the latest NAVs (Net Asset Values).

Private banks and financial advisers can also monitor their transactions and queries, stay up-to-date with investment performance and access additional online support through an interactive features.

Connect is accessible 24/7 and available in six languages: English, Dutch, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

Axel Hörger, chief executive of Lombard International Assurance, said: “The tailored service and level of expertise we offer Partners and clients is an important differentiator for Lombard International.
