Leo Wealth has hired Andrew Talbot CFP® to join the Singapore team as a senior managing director to expand the firm’s services to global citizens throughout Southeast Asia.
His previous career encompasses the role of founding partner of one of Singapore’s only fee-based financial planning firm Expat Financial Planning, and also at Avrio Wealth, Globaleye and Montpelier Group.
In a statement, Leo Wealth said Talbot shared Leo’s passion for providing comprehensive fiduciary financial planning and investment management.
“Andrew also brings deep global expertise in UK and Australian tax, pension, estate planning and financial planning matters to both clients in Singapore and the firm’s clients globally. Andrew joining is an important next step in Leo’s global growth and he will also serve an important role in regional leadership.”
Talbot (pictured) has spent more than 20 years as a global citizen himself and holds financial planning qualifications in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore.
“He understands the unique challenges global citizens face when managing their finances abroad and is experienced in providing qualified technical advice related to UK and Australian citizens globally”, the statement said.
