Multi-channel communications

Email has been the main means of mass communication for what seems like decades but it is no longer very effective in its own right. There’s been an explosion in means and methods of communication and many people, (including financial advisers!) ignore emails because they get bombarded by them.

Attention spans are getting shorter and asset managers must be smarter in the ways they communicate, what they say and how they say it.

They must provide relevant and meaningful content that their target audiences will find useful and that they can perhaps engage with in some way. Examples include webinars, filming and animation, interactive infographics and tools and guides of different kinds.
