For mash get Smash (or the future for customers)
This is my final article in a series of three on customers for International Adviser. It’s the year 2026 and Bill has a meeting with his financial adviser to discuss his retirement plans…
The Friends Provident International Financial Adviser Academy – dedicated to supporting your professional development.

‘Digital First’ for Friends Provident International and Aviva

I referred to the findings of a comprehensive research study carried out across Asia and the Middle East by Friends Provident International, part of the Aviva Group, which showed that customers and advisers expect more of the industry. This month the focus shifts to the response of Friends Provident International and Aviva; in short, what are we doing to react to these findings?
