Millennials represent the biggest shift in consumer preferences and behaviour ever seen in a single generation. Stephen Wynne-Jones, head of marketing at Cofunds, discusses 10 characteristics advisers need to know about these 20-30 somethings.
73% of millennials want to be engaged on financial matters at the workplace, school or university.[1]
Conversely, only 49% want to get their financial education online.
Millennials are a complex mix of anxiety and conservatism, blended with expectations of service innovation, flexibility and value for money.
