The newly established role will see Honor Solomon supervise the asset management company’s retail strategy across EMEA, an area where she has previous experience.
Prior to taking on this new role she worked in the business development team at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, before becoming a managing director at BlackRock.
Global head of distribution, Mike Craston, will oversee Solomon’s work and said her appointment at LGIM is important within “a fast changing, rapidly expanding business area.”
Honor Solomon said: “I look forward to working with our clients to better understand their needs and help them with innovative new product solutions that match their requirements as the market evolves.”
