Last Word Poll: Clinton well ahead among IA readers

Members of International Adviser’s community of readers have expressed clear hopes for victory by Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton over her rival Republican candidate Donald Trump in the US presidential election in our website poll.

The latest poll reading shows 68% of readers predicting Clinton would win the vote on 8 November while 32% saw Trump as the likely victor.

The IA polling contrasts with many major US polls which have shown Clinton’s lead narrowing over Trump during the past week after the FBI announced a fresh probe into her emails.

A poll tracker published by the Financial Times earlier this week predicted Clinton can safely win the 263 electoral college votes needed for victory. According to the Washington Post-ABC News tracking poll, published on Tuesday Clinton and Trump are tied.
