The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has announced that Birmingham-based Arrow Financial Services UK Limited has failed.

According to Companies House the firm was dissolved on 22 June 2022 following liquidation.

It has also not been authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) since October 2021.

The FSCS told International Adviser that it has received four claims in total about Arrow Financial Services Ltd.

Three of the claims are still in progress with one being upheld and are related to the British Steel Pension Scheme (BSPS).

The firm was placed under investigation by the FSCS in April 2023 and was trading under the name Arrow Asset Management.
