UK financial advice firm enters administration

By Robbie Lawther, 20 Aug 20

A year after it adopted the CII and PFS Pension Transfer Gold Status

Manchester-based Sequence Financial Management has ceased trading and entered administration.

Andrew Poxon and Mike Dillon, of Leonard Curtis Business Rescue & Recovery, were appointed joint administrators of the independent wealth management and financial advice firm on 12 August 2020.

The firm ceased trading before the appointment, according to a statement by Leonard Curtis.

It added that all enquiries in respect of the administration should be directed to Leonard Curtis’ Manchester office.

Offering

Sequence Financial Management offered a range of professional independent financial planning and advisory services to individuals, trustees and business owners.

In August 2019, the firm adopted the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and Personal Finance Society (PFS) Pension Transfer Gold Status.

International Adviser has contacted Sequence Financial Management for a comment, but the firm did not respond in time for publication.
