Swedish wealth manager Söderberg & Partners has made investments in three more IFA firms as it continues its strategy to back small businesses in the UK financial advice space.
In a statement today, it said the three firms are Hoyl Independent Advisers Ltd, Intelligent I-FA Ltd and Mosaac Ltd, bringing its stakes in over 20 UK adviser businesses to date.
Hoyl Independent Advisers is a national IFA firm based in Cromer, Norfolk. It also has offices in Chelmsford, Derby and London and a network of 42 advisers covering the entire UK. Alongside its appointed representative arm, Create FM Ltd,
Hoyl provides advice to both personal and corporate clients in specialist areas such as mortgages and protection. With over £3bn in assets, Hoyl is renowned for building long-lasting client relationships and consistently delivering high-quality financial advice to the highest professional standards.
Intelligent I-FA is a financial planning firm in the Midlands which provides expert financial planning across the UK. Managing more than £300m in client assets, Intelligent Financial Advisory has a team of 13 experience advisers offering personalised advice on pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection for individuals, families, and businesses. Known for its friendly, community-focused approach, Intelligent Financial Advisory tailors financial plans to meet each client’s unique needs.
Mosaac offers independent advice on investments, pensions, mortgages and protection to businesses and individuals. The firm is based in Yorkshire and has over £230m in assets.
