Prior to taking up his post in Singapore this week, Galway, had been with Spectrum IFA Group, the Europe-focused financial advisory firm, as an IFA and cross border pensions specialist in the company’s Barcelona office.
Galway’s addition to the Sovereign Singapore office reflects a growing demand for the company’s services from South East Asia-based intermediaries and individuals, particularly those requiring local support with QROPS, the company said.
These services include the formation and management of both offshore and onshore companies in most global jurisdictions, asset management, accounting services, investment funds formation, UK pension transfers, and even yacht registrations and online gaming licensing.
