RL360° launches first Malaysia product

RL360° has launched Quantum Malaysia, a country-specific version of the insurer’s regular premium savings plan and its first product in Malaysia.

RL360° has launched Quantum Malaysia, a country-specific version of the insurer's regular premium savings plan and its first product in Malaysia.

The launch of Quantum Malaysia comes after the international life assurance provider opened a branch office in Kuala Lumpur at the end of last year, following the granting of a license by the Labuan Financial Services Authority.

James Savastano, regional sales manager for RL360° Malaysia, said: “Quantum Malaysia is a quality product which can help high net-worth investors save for the future, whether for retirement, their children’s education or whatever their savings goals may be. It’s simple, affordable, accessible, and allows for investment in a high quantity of quality funds from world-leading managers.”

Key features of Quantum Malaysia include:

  • Regular premium product;
  • $350 per month minimum premium;
  • Available in four policy currencies (where the monthly minimum premium is GBP250, EUR300, USD350, and AUD450);
  • 100-102% allocation;
  • Premium incentive and loyalty bonus; and
  • Choice of 310+ funds to invest into.

Residents of Malaysia are able to take out a Quantum Malaysia policy through an adviser licensed by either the Labuan Financial Services Authority or Bank Negara, Malaysia’s central bank.
