And, although sales of offshore life products have declined this year almost across the board, the fundamental reasons for using a life insurance product have not changed.

Here, Chris Lean, a consultant at Prague-based Square Mile Financial Services, highlights ten reasons why life insurance is still important and offers a few reminders it may be worth sharing with clients.
