Quilter Cheviot’s MPS available on three additional platforms

By Alina Khan, 29 Aug 23

Taking the total number of adviser platforms using the MPS to 15

Quilter Cheviot’s managed portfolio service (MPS) is now available on the Morningstar Wealth, Fundment and Titan platforms.

There are now 15 adviser platforms using the MPS with it being accessible on some of the largest platforms in the market as well as more specialist ones.

It utilises a ‘Building Blocks’ structure meaning there are a range of funds designed and actively managed by Quilter Cheviot exclusively for use within the MPS.

Each Building Block provides specific geographic or asset class exposure and invests in a combination of direct equities, bonds or external fund holdings.

This provides clients with solutions that are lower cost and more agile than traditional fund-based approaches.

Simon Doherty, head of managed portfolio services at Quilter Cheviot, said: “We are delighted to expand our availability to advisers by putting our MPS on three more quality platforms.

“Our MPS was one of the first in the market and as such we have been strong advocates of making it as accessible as possible, and this means working closely with adviser platforms.

“We have been working closely with platforms for over a decade now and we understand the importance of the role they play in the financial planning toolkit. We have optimised our MPS strategies so they work hand in hand with the platform and respond to advisers’ needs quickly and efficiently.

“Our platform partners are carefully selected following feedback from advisers, and we are always interested in working closely with others where there is demand.”
