Utmost Wealth Solutions
David Matthews has become UK head of sales at Utmost, based in London.
Before joining the wealth solutions provider, he spent the last 14 years at Old Mutual International, now rebranded to Quilter International, holding several senior roles including regional manager for Europe and, most recently, head of region, Europe.
He replaces James Warburton, who left to join Octopus Investments.
Morningstar Middle East
Investment research provider Morningstar has promoted Shamoil Arsiwala to sales director for the Middle East.
He will be based in Dubai and be responsible for managing the local office and growing the firm’s business in the region.
Before joining Morningstar in 2019, Arsiwala was a consultant within the financial technology sector.
STM Group
The cross-border financial services company has hired Steve White as group head of sales.
He will focus on growing the sales side of the business, as the firm prepares to unveil a range of products throughout 2020.
White spent 17 years at Canada Life where, most recently, he served as sales director.
Zedra
Steven Bowen has joined the wealth solutions provider as managing director.
He will be based in Jersey and is tasked with the development of the firm’s fund administration and active wealth business on the island.
Previously, Bowen was chief risk officer at JTC Group.
