Jill Britton has been appointed as the permanent director general of regulator.
She held the position of interim director general since September 2021, following the departure of Martin Moloney.

Miletti will continue in her role as Allspring’s head of active equity.
Additionally, Sonya Rorie has been appointed deputy chief diversity officer.
Rorie joins from Allspring’s institutional client group, where she has been a client relations director.
