The survey, carried out by YouGov on behalf of Cisi, found that more than half (56%) of UK workers who are contributing to a pension do not know how much the are paying towards it each month.
When it comes to knowing the total amount of their pension pot, three quarters (76%) of respondents said they did not know the value of their fund, with significantly more women (80%) than men (72%) not knowing.
