La Mondiale Europartner, the Luxembourg-based cross-border life company, has appointed a new CEO

Fabrice Sauvignon, who was previously high net worth technical and financial director for La Mondiale Europartner’s parent company, AGR2 La Mondiale, will now lead the cross-border operation, which sells throughout Europe and in the UK through IFAs.

Prior to AGR2, Sauvignon worked at Axa, in various senior roles, most recently vice-president, actuarial and investment for Axa in Singapore.

He is also president of the French Institute of Actuaries. Philippe Burdeyron, La Mondiale sales and marketing director, and Guillaume Prouvost, chief financial officer, will both support Sauvignon, in joint deputy chief executive roles.

In the UK, La Mondiale’s distribution is handled by Steve Whyburd, who promotes the company’s EU compliant insurance bonds.
