The company, which produces Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) for investment management companies, said the appointment of Jones and Sorrell was reflective of the increased appetite for the outsourcing of these documents.
Kii Hub was established by three companies, FE, Global Funds Registration and Technical Fund Marketing, last year in response to legislation which means that by July 2012 all asset management firms selling Ucits funds will have to produce KIIDs for investors.
Jones joins Kii Hub from Aviva Investors and, in a career spanning 20 years, has also worked for M&G and Gartmore. In his new role, he will be responsible for delivering client support systems and implementing further stages in the planned development of Kii Hub including enhanced distribution capabilities.
Sorrell meanwhile, has also worked within the asset management industry for 20 years including time at Gartmore where she was head of product management. In her new role she will be responsible for all aspects of client support.
