JTC recognises achievements of over 150 people in its multi-jurisdictional business

By Mark Battersby, 16 Jul 24

Promotions included senior director level and new directors

JTC has recognised the achievements and contribution of more than 150 people from across its multi-jurisdictional network as part of its mid-year promotions.

The FTSE-listed global service provider said on 16 July a number of those promotions are at senior level, with new senior directors including Jonathan Masters (Fund and Corporate Services) in London, Jose Andrade (Finance) and Katherine Wickham (Legal) in Jersey, and Nicolas Cesario and Shawn Wilson, both Private Client Services, in the US.

The promotions also include a number of new directors. They are Belen Garcia Mirri (Private Client Services), Brian Horner (Fund Services), Carece Rufe (Private Client Services), Ignacio Terrera (Private Client) and Victoria Pastore (Private Client) in the US; Deborah English (Business Operations), Hilary Jones (Fund Services) and Ping Ho (Business Development and Marketing) in Jersey; Cirsten Maes (Risk and Compliance) in Amsterdam; Lisa De Vos (Fund Services) in South Africa; Niklas Downham (perfORM Due Diligence Services) in Switzerland; and Vincent van den Brink (Fund and Corporate Services) in Luxembourg.

Promotions were made across JTC’s jurisdictional teams, including 51 in Jersey, 24 in the US, 21 in South Africa, and 11 in both the UK and Amsterdam, as well as a number across the Cayman Islands, Dubai, Guernsey, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Luxembourg, Mauritius and Switzerland.

Combined with the promotions made at the beginning of 2024, this latest round means that JTC has recognised the efforts, achievements and contribution to JTC’s ongoing success of more than 310 people across its diverse teams this year.

Wendy Holley, JTC’s group chief operating officer, said: “JTC continues to pursue an ambitious growth strategy and our people, all of whom are owners of the business through our Shared Ownership culture, are very much at the heart of that. It is the expertise, drive, and enthusiasm of our people that enables us to consistently achieve our goals and I am delighted that we have once again recognised employees from across our global network and spanning all areas of our business.

“We have promoted more than 310 of our employees in total this year, a little over 15% of our global workforce, which is a reflection of our commitment to professional and personal development and talent management, which enables the career aspirations of all JTC employees.”
