Littmoden joined Mauritius-domiciled Providence Life on 5 January as business development manager, reporting to managing director Austin Blair. Littmoden said he will have a global remit and will be based in the firm’s Dubai office.
Providence Life was established in February 2011 with backing from international advisory firm deVere.
At launch, it was not confirmed how big a stake deVere held in the company, although Austin said the creation of Providence Life was consistent with deVere’s strategy of “seeking to facilitate the availability of quality products and services, which are available to investors in the offshore investment arena”.
