May 25 2012 – 120 ROSIIP investors begin legal action over 55% tax
June 22 2012 – ROSIIP clients granted Group Litigation Order by High Court
April 8 2013 – More ROSIIP investors informed of 55% pension charge
2 May 2013 – Permission granted by High Court for GLO to take HMRC to trial – date set for 17 June 2013
