Sentences

Hill admitted tax fraud while Bond, Palmer and Osborne were all convicted of conspiracy to cheat the public revenue after a trial at Southwark Crown Court in London.

Bond, Palmer and Osborne were each sentenced on 4 June to two years and eight months in prison.

Hill was sentenced to 20 months in jail, suspended for two years. He also has to do 300 hours unpaid work.

Defendants in two other trials linked to this latest case have all been jailed for their part in the scam.

Potter, already serving eight years for being a central figure in them all, pleaded guilty in September 2017 to his role in the Formula 1 Projects LLP conspiracy. At a hearing on 3 October 2017, he was also disqualified from being a company director for eight years.
