Now Health International has introduced an optional free sms service for its customers.

The company, which is headquartered in Hong Kong and has further offices in the UK and UAE, provides medical insurance to people who want to access international healthcare around the world.

Alison Massey, marketing and ecommerce director at Now Health, said the service would be a useful way for the company to communicate with its customers.

“Our customer base embraced mobile technology so it makes sense to use SMS functionality. People are now regularly communicating by text with suppliers and its exactly the kind of thing our customers expect from us,” she said.
