Amanda Sullivan, chief financial officer for Evenlode Investment, has passed away.
She joined Evenlode in 2017 after previously working as chief financial officer for Wise Investment.
As well as many years’ experience in the financial services industry, she worked in accountancy practice, and in management accountancy roles in various industries including IT, design and hospitality.
In a statement posted today (20 February) on LinkedIn, Hugh Yarrow, co-founder of Evenlode Investment said: “It is with great sadness that we mourn the loss of our friend and colleague Amanda Sullivan – who passed away earlier this month following several months of treatment for cancer.
“Amanda has been an incredibly loyal, dedicated member of the Evenlode team over the years and a great pleasure to work with. She always approached her work at Evenlode with a strong sense of integrity, a dry sense of humour and a twinkle in her eye.
“At our AGM in December, the team celebrated her twenty years with Wise Investment and then Evenlode. She has played a key part in the growth and success of the Evenlode business, as the company’s finance director and also as the board’s trustee representative on the employee ownership trust.
“She will be greatly missed, and we extend our deepest condolences to her friends and family, particularly her daughter Kate, her sister Kirsty and her parents Pam and Geoff.”
