As an industry, we spend lots of time and resource on developing our products and services to ensure that they meet the ever-changing needs of clients and their supporting financial advisers. Although as is the case in the wider Financial Services industry, providers in the non-UK, cross border space increasingly struggle to truly differentiate what they actually offer, when compared to their peers.
When this is the case, providers will often turn their focus to an alternative differentiator, one that can break the mould and stand out amongst its competitors.
At Hansard, we identified this a long time ago and committed to make service, in-particular great service through technology, technology that transcends geographic boundaries, the quality that set us apart from our peers.
It was a commitment that has clearly worked, with our online platform, ‘Hansard Online’ receiving countless industry awards over the years, the most recent coming in 2017 when it ranked as the best online proposition in the Middle East, fighting off competition from some of the biggest names in the global Financial Services industry.
This, combined with the service of our dedicated regional support teams recently earned us a 5 star rating (excellent) for service to the intermediary market, rated by independent ratings agency AKG. Hansard being the only non-UK company in the industry to achieve a 5 star rating.
We are extremely proud of our achievements so far and we don’t intend to stop now. Whilst our products continue to fulfil a fundamental role in the financial planning needs of mobile, internationally-minded investors, we will continue to focus on developing and delivering technology that serves to provide a level of service that our Policyholders can use with confidence, and that their Financial Advisers continue to recognise as being the best in the industry.
