Doll is set to leave the firm at the end of this month, leaving his co-managers Chris Leavy and Peter Stournaras to take over.
Leavy and Stornaras have been co-managers on the funds since 2010 and Bob Doll will continue working closely with the new managers until the 30 June.
Both funds previously held a Morningstar OBSR analyst rating of bronze.
Doll has looked after the Large Cap Series at BlackRock since 1999 in the latter half of what has been more than 30 years in the industry.
