The awards, run in partnership with Old Mutual International, recognise firms championing best practice across a number of categories in five key regions; the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and South Africa.
In addition to triumphing as the Best Adviser Firm Europe, Blevins Franks has also been recognised among its peers as the Best Overall Adviser Firm 2018.
Every awards entry undergoes a rigorous independent judging process involving a panel of industry experts and specialists from across the world.
The feedback from the judges regarding Blevins Franks was extremely positive and they were collectively impressed by the calibre of its entries.
“This firm knows where it is going, why it is heading in that direction and how it is going to get there. Top class strategic development,” said one judge.
“Great story, well told and backed with solid evidence of success,” said another.
Other responses included: “No fluff – clear strategic objectives shared across the firm. Excellent delivery against stretching targets” and “Solid track record, excellent strategic focus and a clear, professional commitment to customer service”.
Or, as one judge succinctly put it, “The stand-out firm”.
A testament to Blevins Franks’ vision
Jason Porter, business development director at Blevins Franks, said: “The accolade of Best Overall Adviser Firm 2018 is, I believe, a reflection of our continued investment in our in-house expertise, our international tax professionals, our cross-border pensions specialists and our estate and trust offering.
“This really is a testament to the hard work of the firm across all of our 22 offices in driving forward the business strategy developed by our chairman John Stone and chief executive John Simmonds.”
He added: “All of us at Blevins Franks would like to thank International Adviser and the panel of judges for awarding us the accolade of Best Overall Adviser Firm 2018.”
