Selwyn, who worked within the UK emerging ultra high net worth team at Citi Private Bank, will reporting directly to chief executive officer of private banking, Nicholas Parker, to grow the bank’s proposition and client base in London.
Banque Havilland, which has offices in Luxembourg, Monaco and London, provides private banking, asset and wealth management services to ultra high net worth individuals and their families across the world.
Parker said Selwyn had a “tremendous amount of experience in the sector” which will help to build its offering “both in London and further afield.”
Banque Havilland last month launched a branch in London following approval from the UK’s Financial Services Authority.
