Clive Tutton has worked in finance for more than 20 years, the last 13 of which he owned a company working in the UK regulated environment. He was one of the original "dot com millionaires" and his experience will help the company’s development of online systems, ATSG said.
David Driver has 20 years experience of the international IFA market especially in the Middle East. Since 2000 he has run his own international IFA operation, Offshore International Brokers. He is well known in the international IFA community as one of the founding members of FEIFA, and he has sat on its executive committee since 2009. He recently resigned this role and has initiated the sale of OIB in preparation of taking over his role with ATSG.
The federation’s chief executive, Paul Stanfield, said: "We are obviously sad to see David leave FEIFA but his change of direction would have made it inappropriate for him to continue in his role on our executive committee, as he himself immediately acknowledged. I would like to thank him for his work and assistance on the committee and wish him every success in his new endeavours. We will be announcing his successor in the very near future, along with details of our strategic plans for the next 12 months."
ATSG managing director, John Ferguson stated: "Success brings its own challenges and with Clive’s knowledge of systems, regulation and controls, we are well equipped to deal with those challenges. In David Driver we have managed to attract someone of the highest calibre bringing with him a wealth of experience and it demonstrates ATSG Funds’ commitment to furthering our development and making us one the leading independent distributors in Europe and further afield."
ATSG provides exclusive arrangements to FEIFA including enhanced remuneration, exclusive pension facilities and online life assurance for expatriates.
