What do asset managers get paid?

New data has revealed the most generous asset managers in terms of salary – so how much exactly does a director, VP, associate or analyst across Europe actually get paid?
Achieve a directorship and the big bucks will start rolling in.
Goldman Sachs AM again comes out on top with total pay including a bonus of over £300,000, according to Emolument.
Other American firms are right behind them – JP Morgan pays a salary of £135,000, while Fidelity offers £125,000. Both offer a bonus of £130,000.
Henderson Global Investors also offered a total of £240,000 including bonus, during the period, though this may well change following its recent restructuring as Janus Henderson.
