Titan Wealth sets up internship programme

By Robbie Lawther, 6 Jun 23

As part of the company’s ‘ambitious’ growth plans

Wealth and DFM consolidator Titan Wealth has partnered with Investment 20/20 to launched a formalised internship programme via the organisation.

Titan will be offering 12-month internships, enabling interns to participate in the structured Investment 20/20 trainee programme with its range of support and development, while providing on-the-job learning opportunities.

There will be one opportunity in Titan Asset Management and another within its group sales team, with plans to hire more interns later this year.

Damian Sharp, chief operating officer at Titan Wealth, said: “We recognise the value in nurturing young talent and opening the financial services sector to those from diverse backgrounds. The partnership with Investment 20/20 allows us to offer structured and formalised training programmes to ensure our interns get the most out of their experience with us.

“We have ambitious growth targets as a business and intend to expand the internship programme as our business evolves.”

Launched in June 2021, in only two years Titan Wealth has already grown its assets under management to £9.4bn ($11.7bn, €10.9bn).

Most recently, Titan entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Ravenscroft’s UK-based investment management business for an undisclosed sum. Prior to this, Titan Wealth secured a major investment from US-based private equity firm Parthenon Capital.
