Global consultancy firm IDEX Consulting has launched a mergers and acquisition offering for financial services businesses.
This is following 15 years of supporting international businesses with their M&A deals.
The operation will be headed up by business manager James Salmon. It will offer a range of services including seek buyers, carry out due diligence and negotiating deals.
