Fintech firm to deliver life policies within 15 minutes

By Robbie Lawther, 3 Jan 20

HSBC, Aviva and Lloyds Banking Group are already using the system

Jersey-based solutions developer Warm has rolled out underwriting platform Pandora Launch in a bid to speed up the process for brokers and banks to access life insurance products.

The system gives firms the ability to make a policy live within 15 minutes.

According to Warm, before Pandora Launch, turnaround times for brokers “would have been counted in days rather than minutes”.

Pandora Launch is already being used by several clients of Warm; such as HSBC, Aviva and Lloyds Banking Group.

Best example

Jensen Nixon, Warm chief executive, said: “Protection platforms need to be smooth, fast and seamless; offering an uninterrupted journey while either complementing or replacing legacy systems without disruption.

“We believe Pandora Launch is the best example yet of a platform that can offer protection providers the ability to distribute their products at this scale, with digital integration and sector-leading speed to market.”
