The company, which opened an office in Hong Kong four years ago, said the new office will aim to service its Singaporean clients more efficiently and will act as a base from which to conduct due diligence on Singapore-based funds. It already provides information and factsheets on the full universe of Singaporean funds for use by European investors.
Michael Li, head of Asia Pacific at Financial Express, will lead the new office. He said: “We have built a strong following for our fund analytic solutions already and opening an office in Singapore will help better serve our wealth management clients and take advantage of the increasing need for sophisticated web-based fund analysis tools.”
