Lloyds expands expat service for non-doms in UK

24 Jun 15

Lloyds Bank has announced an expansion of its London Expat Service to tap to the growing number of high net worth individuals moving into the UK.

Lloyds Bank has announced an expansion of its London Expat Service to tap to the growing number of high net worth individuals moving into the UK.

The service aims to bring together access to a range of Lloyds day-to-day retail banking services with access to its specialist UK wealth and international wealth advisers to provide a seamless face-to-face experience for clients moving to the UK.

The London Expat Service first opened in the second half of 2014 in one of the bank’s London offices and will now be available at a number of locations across the city.

“The London Expat Service brings together key areas of our UK and International business to offer even more choice for clients,“ said Richard Musty, international private bank director at Lloyds Bank.

“By supporting resident non-domiciles we continue to help promote inward investment and talent into the UK,” Musty said.

The bank said the top client nationalities that have used the service to date included Middle Eastern, Japanese, Australian, German, French and Italian.
